Michael A, Colon – Project Producer, and Arranger of “Que Lo Que Hay” and “Algo Contigo” directs the music and plays the incredible rhythms on the bass on all tunes and some acoustic guitars on Algo Contigo. The immensely talented Efrain “Junito” Davila plays all pianos and is the Arranger of “Caminando”, “Que Mucho Quisiera”, and “Rumba Moderna”, (Efrain was the Arranger, Composer, Engineer, Keyboards, & Piano on the Prince Royce Album “Five”). The combination of this duo crafts the modern swinging style and quality dance vibe of this super recording. On Algo Contigo Pablo pays homage to Trio Los Pancho’s and Chico Navarro’s “Algo Contigo” with an introduction of an authentic Trio sound lead into the modern salsa swing of the tune capturing the interest of multiple generations. It makes sense that the Latin Music heavyweights are excited about the project as Pablo assembled an Allstar orchestra filled with superior top-quality musician’s that includes— Michael A. Colon, Efrain Davila, previously mentioned, on trumpets Manuel "Maneco" Ruiz (Ponce PR, performed or recorded with artists such as Tito Nieves, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Sonora Ponceña, Eddie Palmieri, Luis Enrique, Ruben Blades, Tony Vega, Victor Manuel, and the three-time Grammy® winning Spanish Harlem Orchestra, on trombone the impeccable Don Juaco Rosado, and baritone sax is played by the versatile and smooth Albert Sanchez closing out the horn section. Lead singing assignments were given to an incredibly multitalented group of singers capable of singing the entire music scale led by Miguel Orlando Ortiz – Que Lo Que Hay/Rumba Moderna, Anthony Colon – Que Mucho Quisiera, (lead singer on Edgar Joel’s “Hasta El Sol De Hoy”), Adriel Gonzalez – Caminando, and finally Steven Falcon – Algo Contigo. The percussion duties were assigned to renowned master percussionist Tito De Gracia – Timbal on all tunes and Conga on Algo Contigo, and the prominent percussionist Erik Piza – Conga on all tunes except Algo Contigo. Pablo is the Executive Producer, plays the bongo/bell, and is the co-author of “Que Lo Que Hay” and “Que Mucho Quisiera” and wrote “Caminando”. Few salsa releases have been met with such excitement in recent years. This one is sure to capture the souls of Latin Music lovers around the globe! Pablo led Orquesta Yanes for over twenty years, a ten-piece band- two trumpets, one trombone, one baritone sax, conga, timbales, bongo, piano, bass, & lead singer. Led by Pabloexplosive percussionist, composer. The band lit up the dance floor with its peppy, straight-up Puerto Rican/Afro Cuban influenced rhythms that make you want to dance all night!
