NEW TO GIGMASTERS! THE HOTTEST LATIN SOUL group in Southern California. Influenced by groups like MANA, SANTANA & SODA STEREO 'Savor' is one of the most versatile and entertaining groups out there, with an array of LIGHTING and SPECIAL EFFECTS 'Savor' is not just a band they are an experience. Savor has just be named as a finalist in Burger Kings 'Tu Ciudad Tu Musica' competition for original Latin Music. This competition was a nation wide talent search held, in 10 major cities across the U.S. from New York to Los Angeles. Even though the Savor band is new to gigmasters we have been performing in some of the larger venues in Southern California for years. We have done many weddings, corporate functions, Private parties and have just recently returned from Puarto Villarte, Mexico. Our 1st original CD is scheduled to be released in Mexico, in the summer of 2007. 'Savor' is a 6pc Band that can be expanded to accomadate the events needs. Band leader Joe Castillo is a fantastic front man, who not only sings and plays both lead and rythum guitar but can move a crowd with his sax and flute solo's, he does a great job feeling the crowd and since we can play everything from 'Cumba de Sol' to 'Road House Blues' we make sure everyone has a great time. We also play Classic Rock, Top 40, R&B, Oldies & 'Old school' cover music depending on the event. We play a variety of cover songs form groups like Santana, Malo, Mana, Poncho Sanchez, El Chicano, Soda Stereo and others that will make you want to dance all night long.
