Los Ciegos Del Barrio (Soon to be Rumba Nation) Latin Band from New York City, NY

Hola. We are Los Ciegos Del Barrio, a multi genre, bilingual Latin band from New York City. We will soon be changing our name to Rumba Nation. We play Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Cumbia; both in Spanish and English. We play originals and covers. We also cover modern and traditional rhythms as we have the ability to play music from different eras. Thus we can play for all ages. We have played all over the US and overseas, we have played school events, clubs, festivals, community events, corporate functions, private parties, weddings, TV, radio and more. We are also open to school workshops as we have done many question/answer sessions with students as part of our performances. We are very easy to work with and will bring energy to every party, or class to the more subdued formal events. Because we all play multiple instruments, we have the flexibility, if you wish, to play with 3, 4, or even more members. We will not disappoint.
