Horrible experience, got a call 1hr before the wedding with them stating that the bus broke down and couldn’t pick up the 100+ people that needed a ride in the middle of nowhere in South Georgia. Have a plan B people. It’s 2025. And you charged my card before you were “supposed” to pick us up! There were multiple people 3hrs after the wedding trying to find rides out of the venue! I hope this company goes out of business. Terrible people terrible people to work with.

There was confusion between All Stars and the driver about leaving a cash tip at the end of the night. All Stars said the tip was included in the contract and the driver knew nothing about it. The driver was upset which put us in an uncomfortable position. We ended up giving him cash at the end of the night.
