We made our arrangements at the last minute and Key-Whole Productions were very responsive. There were several times when it was a bit difficut to get hold of someone at Key-Whole, but all in all, I felt that you were very responsive to our needs.

There were a lot of crazy things going on that night, and it was such a relief that the performer was spot on. He was great with taking requests and he played appropriate music at the appropriate times. As the night went on, he really came to understand what our group was looking for and really made people happy. I'd highly recommend Key Whole Productions and already have to others who do event planning in the area.

I would have been happier, if there was an attempt to accomodate my request of veiling the artist. This was supposed to be very significant for our cultural event.

I wasn't very impressed at all with the DJ that did our Wedding. I had spent a lot of time ahead of time preparing a timed schedule when I wanted everything to occur and he didn't follow it at all, instead, he did everything at one time, it wasn't spread out at all. I made a list of the bridal party, he introduced them in the wrong order, I had a song that I wanted played when my husband and I walked into the room he played it at the beginning instead, it wasn't the way I planned. We had talked to him before the toast, my husband wanted him to do it a certain way, he didn't listen at all and did it wrong. To say the least, I was very disappointed.

I was very puzzled to see such a response. Key-Whole Productions has always done everything to please clients, but as we all know if one thing happens during that day then everything else is not good enough. That night our D.J. stayed longer so that they could dance the night longer and the list was followed as was given. They were very nice and exciting people and this was a very fun wedding and I am not understanding such a negative feedback after talking with them. Many years of business and booking we have never had a complaint. I wish that couple the best.
