I hired Derek to entertain us at my husband's 60th birthday party. He was Very entertaining! He mingled during cocktails and appetizers and did magic tricks which allowed him to get to know his audience. I was impressed that he remembered the names of so many of my guests. Then after dinner he called up some of those to assist in the magic show. He was very witty and funny and his magic was very good! I would Highly recommend him!

Derek was great. He drove quite a distance to my party and arrived on time (early, actually). My guests loved his up close magic and outgoing personality. I would definitely ask Derek to perform at a future event and would highly recommend him to others.

My guests were completely in awe of Derek's talents and they were blown away by the numerous tricks he performed. On top of that he did a great job working the crowd and interacting with all of them. From behind the scenes, he was easy to communicate with and was extremely professional.

Cochise College loved Derek's Magic/Hypnotist Show. We would love to have him back again next year, he was just AWESOME! The magic was just crazy good that we are still talking about it, and the hypnotist show was so funny we could not stop laughing.

His follow up before the event was refreshing. It was nice not to have to chance after the company I hired to make sure they were going to be there. He performed a great show and the kids and adults had a great time. Would highly recommend him.

Overall a great performer. The guests loved him. Unfortunately, Derick showed up to the gig an hour and half late and then only stayed an hour because he was booked for another gig. With all that said, we worked the issue out and I would hire Derick again. He can capture an audience very quickly and leaves them in awe!
