Leading up to the event, we had 2 phone calls, during which Alan delved deeper into our company culture, inside jokes that he might be able to use as a reference the day of, and other details that might make his repertoire more personalized to our group. We even agreed on disguising him as a site rep for the event venue for a more discreet entrance. :) Alan was amazing to work with - I'm so glad that he also enjoyed our group's overall energy and enthusiasm for his repertoire.
