Excellent experience from first contact to end of performance. Lou and his assistant are excellent magicians and wowed the crowd. What really impressed me was his skill at weaving in the motivational message and using key information that applied directly to our industry and in particular to our company. The audience is still raving and asking, How Did He Do That?

I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. His hour-long performance at our party was absolutely fantastic, everyone was blown away and could not stop talking about it for the rest of the weekend. Throughout the entire booking and planning process, Lou was extremely professional, accommodating, and communicative. He drove all the way to Big Bear to entertain our small party, and worked with me to reach a price that fit into our group's budget. Incredible performance, incredibly easy to work with - I highly, highly recommend Lou for your next event!

We booked Lou for our company awards banquet. He showed up on time, was dressed professionally and did a great job entertaining our guests. We had Lou stroll through tables and later put on a show. Our guests were amazed at the strolling table tricks and really entertained at the overall stage show. He added great humor to his tricks. I received many compliments from our employees and guests.

Lou Serrano did such a wonderful job. Its hard enough to organize a 50 person banquet in my house, but having him perform in a crowded small space doing his magic was just.... magical! My wife's 50th birthday party wouldn't have been such a success without him. Some of his magic is so mind blowing, wow... He also was on time, professional, and just nice. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to make a party just so much more special.
