Jim delivered a phenomenal and engaging show for our community event! We had a diverse age group, ranging in ages 2-83 and Jim somehow kept everyone involved, entertained; he went above and beyond in pulling people in from the audience and generously going overtime as the crowd enjoyed the show. Thank you!

This was a last minute idea to have a magician for a Halloween party. Another parent recommended South Jersey Magic from a school show he did. We were worried we contacted Jim too late but he was able to make the show. The ages of the children were 7 to 15 and they were all entertained (including the parents). I would highly recommend South Jersey magic. Also he did bring a bunny that all the children loved.

Halloween party for grandkids in 55+ community. Ages ranged from 2-10 and his show completely missed the mark, many of our guests walked out. I also received many complaints that he was rude. Not a positive experience at all

Hi Debbie, I am very sorry to read your review. As far as missing the mark, as I mentioned to you during the show a gentleman came up and said that "I needed to do more adult tricks". I presumed he was with your organization so I did what he asked. As far as the rudeness comments. As I began the show a small group of adults to my left about 10 feet from me were having a very loud conversation. I explained to the children that I pause the show if they were too loud, hoping the adults next to me would understand. After the second time of mentioning that, I commented to the adults that they could continue their discussion away from the show. I didn't intend to be rude. If I had setup my show on the stage, these issues would not have happened. But as I mentioned that day, I didn't want the children walking up and down the stage volunteering (in Halloween costumes) for fear they could fall. I am sorry of the feedback you have received, you put on a wonder event.

Jim was very friendly and prompt for our event. He was great at getting involvement from our adult audience. He gave us a "clean" production and was very comfortable with his tricks.

Just what we were looking for at our Night of Magic! event. The kids and adults loved the show - especially Mary the rabbit- which was very interactive with lots of audience participation. We would highly recommend Jim Combs for your event.
