The presentation far surpassed any expectations that we had. The level of magic was much more than I had anticipated. But more than that, the entire show was interlaced humor that created laughs through the entire show. We had wanted a program that would get the group involved rather than just sitting and being entertained. Brian had a number of people from the group assist him which, of course, brought more laughs. It was truly a fun evening. Recommend the Magic of Brian Holt? Without even giving it a second thought!!!

Brian is a very good magician. I would recommend him to anyone! He did his strolling magician for free during happy hour that went over really well as did his performance. He showed up at least two hours ahead of happy hour to make sure that he was set-up and ready to go by the time everyone got there. I have heard nothing but good comments about his entertaining performance and many are still puzzled by how he did some of his wonderful tricks.

Brian Holt was very well organized and showed up well before his time frame. He had the kids laughing and in awe. A Junior class member actually called me personally and told me talk around school was that they had the best prom and post prom ever! I even had a fireman tell me that he couldn't figure out how he did the knots in his rope trick, and that being a fireman he knew how hard tieing knots can be. With that being said "thank you Brian" for making our Post Prom a success and making my job as head of Post Prom alot easier, you did a great job and I will pass this along to the class next year...

Brian Holt was Amazing! Our Sunday School children ages 3yrs-5th grade thought he was wonderful. The teachers and parents couldn't believe how he was able to hold their attention for the whole hour. We will certainly invite him back! Our church also has a school. The children are already asking if he could perform for a school function as well. Anyone who books this performer will be pleased. He involves the whole audience as well as a few who are chosen to "go on stage" with him.

Brian was wonderful. We weren't even looking for a magician for my son's birthday party, but Brian responded to our original request and was totally correct in his assessment of what would be right for a 4 year old's birthday party. He worked with the boys at the party, who were all at different levels of understanding and acceptance of magic. He made the show fun and entertaining, even for the adults that were there. He was flexible with the other events at the party and made sure all the boys had a turn coming up to the stage. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who asked.

He performed for 18 kids all about 7 years of age and mostly boys. He had everyones attention from the get go and his magic was amazing. The kids had a ball and so did the adults watching. He was very professional and very good with all the children. The parents at the party all agreed he was great. I would definately refer him to other people for parties. Thank you Brian for an amazing time!

He was able to flexible with our time constraint. He also taught the kids a simple magic trick that they have been doing ever since. He also used kids out of the audience as part of his act and I am sure they will never forget the experience as it was a lot of fun. He also had unique magic tricks and stories to go with them that kept us all engaged.

Brian did a great job at our company picnic. As the event was outdoors and we had rain, he was able to arrange his act to accomodate conditions and our employees have commented to us how much they enjoyed his magic.

Brian was a great performer. The students are still talking about the performance and the magic tricks. He related well to the students and gave out great prizes, including cut up carrots and lemons. He used humor as well. We would defintely hire him again!

I hired Brian for our firm's family holiday party - originally we were expecting around 200 people of all ages. When I asked Brian if he would be able to perform for a group this size he happily replied "no problem!" Then a twist thrown into our party plans - the Packers made the semi-finals and the game would air during the party! Brian was extremely understanding and ended up performing for a smaller, more attentive crowd. The kids and adults both loved Brian's show and had a great time! Some even went back-and-forth between the game and the magic show and I've heard nothing but good comments from everyone! Loved the audience participation and involvement!

The event was not well attended even though we had heavily advertised. Make certain that your area will respond to a magician. In Brians' defense, this was not his fault.

After he booked me he wanted to know if I had any ideas on how to promote his event. I gave him an idea that I have used for other clients. Mr. Fisher was happy with the idea and never asked for other ideas. I wrote Mr. Fisher to ask him why the low rating and here is his email, I am not expert at evaluation, especially for talent evaluations. 4/5 professionalism is quite high, I think. I might have rated you a little higher, in the overall talent, if you might have had more suggestions on promotions. He hired me to entertain not promote. So in my opinion this evaluation is bogus because he is evaluating me on promotional ideas and not my entertainment skills.

On a professional level, I thought Brian was great. On an entertainment level, we have mixed feedback about the performance - either the attendees loved it or thought it was so-so. He did do an hour of mingling with the guests during our reception and that was more well-received than the performace itself. He was easy to work with, no strange requests or demands, and came fully-loaded with everything he needed - including sound.

I am really shocked by the low score that I have received. The head of the organization came up to me after my show and talked to me for about 10 minutes on how much he truly enjoyed my show. They had an auction before my show and I was suppose to start at 8:00 PM and because they were running late on the auction I started at 8:30 PM. Because of the late start a lot of people left before my show started. But I received several positive comments from the people who stayed for my show. I even had the Banquet Planner for the Marriott ask me for my information after my show and said I did a fantastic job. So I guess the show couldn't have been that bad.
