REVIEW BY A CUSTOMER: "Each year I produce a multicultural festival honoring two of NYC's most distinctive and diverse neighborhoods: Chinatown & Little Italy. In thinking about the evening program, I knew I wanted a mandolin player, but didn't know who to hire. After a quick internet search I came across Mary Mandolin's site. I watched the videos and listened to the audio, and decided to take a chance and reach out. After speaking and coordinating with Jose, I trusted my instincts and hired the Mary Mandolin Trio to perform at our festival's fundraising dinner. It was the best decision I could have made! They were not only talented, courteous and professional --- they gave us one of the biggest "WOW" moments of the festival when they surprised the audience by performing a Chinese song they had learned special for the occasion (the entire Chinese speaking audience in the room erupted in applause and started to sing along).
