The original agreement was that there would be 7 musicians and only 5 showed up. Also arrived 30 ins. Early before the specified time. William at no time informed me of the 5 u til I called him. I would pass hiring the Mariachis through William

Mariachi Nuevo Imperio played at my daughter’s quince. They were absolutely wonderful! The group was on time, accommodated our requests, looked fabulous and sounded amazing! Their performance added that special touch to the event. My overall experience was excellent. Do not hesitate to book this incredible group! We can’t thank them enough!

They were extremely late, but kept us informed the entire time. Once they arrived they perform as professional and did everything we had ask of them. We had a fantastic time with them and yes we will hire them again! We loved their performance!!!

We hired Mariach Nuevo Imperio for my husband's 50th birthday party. My husband and guests were VERY satisfied with their professionalism, performance, and extensive repertoire of songs. They allowed and encouraged audience participation and gifted my husband a chance to sing with them. Such a memorable experience for everyone. Overall they were just awesome. They definitely have a new client!

On a positive note, the group's contact communicated often to confirm the Wedding details. We provided a list of songs for them to play. What I noticed was after each song, it took them a long time to sing the next song. I was busy with other things, otherwise I would have notified the main contact to play one song after another...it appeared they didn't come prepared. I had also asked they wear Charro Hats, which they did let me know they didn't have and would try and borrow some. Honestly, for the price, we were ok with their services.

I got in touch with William on November 15 for details he confirmed the date but after that I tried to get in touch with him he did not answer I left him messages and didn’t respond until 2 hours before the event just to tell me that he wasn’t going to show up because he was in a car accident earlier, I really think that he didn’t have any intentions of showing up because if he did he would of answer my message from the day before… I will never use any kind of apps for any kind of events in the future…

Very disappointed in vendor. Unprofessional and immature. Played wrong entrance song and ruined the entrance and blamed me, made sounds with trumpet during ceremony and looked unorganized and very rude when called them out. Would never hire again. Run don’t walk from this group. Regret hiring them.

Mariachi Nuevo Imperio arrived 30 minutes before. For over an hour they had us sitting around waiting. Finally when they had us perform they had us performing for the tables because everyone was outside. She introduced her coordinator to us and he was telling us what to do. This client changed their entrance song at the last minute and the coordinator told us. She was unhappy on her choice even after the coordinator called her out on it. Her and Her husband were also speaking over us into the Mic while we were playing. Its ok that she would not hire us because we would never go back. This Client was trying to keep from paying the full amount, so she found an excuse.

I would give them less if I could. We talked prior and set time. He never answers phone only text and the day of show he called said he was running hours late. After I asked time he never responded and a no show! Ruined my party no entertainment!

Due to the Heavy weather Sunday May 14, we were pushed back on all our events. I asked if they wanted us to still go when informed that we would be late and he responded no. Hence why we were a no show. I apologize but the weather was not in my control.
