The arrival time was right, I didn't like the fact that they were so unprofessional, we supplied them with a list of songs we wanted at the event. They only played one of the songs i sent them. They kept asking which of the quests wanted to sing or dance, and asked the quests which song they wanted to hear. When they were given directions before hand. They kept given excuses for not play a song, saying that had a lack of instruments.

Hi Hugo! We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations regarding the song list. Unfortunetley, when someone hires a Trio, there’s so much you can do. When somone hires a 3 piece, we’re limited to a few songs because of the instrumentation. We strongly recommend atleast a 6 piece which includes, 2 Trumpets, 2 Violins, Guitarron (Big Mexican bass guitar) and a Vihuela (Small Mexican Guitar). With this instrumention ensemble, we have many options when it comes to the repertoire. Thank you for your time and have a great day! Musically yours, The NYC Mariachi Inc.®

We never saw them perform. I clearly explain ed that they must arrive no later than 6:15, Time was of the essence, at he said fine. They were booked for 6. Had to find parking and the time they spent looking a lot of the staff was leaving. They arrived in the lobby at 6:40 PM. My employer felt that was too late and cancel the performance. Originally booked for 6, he called and ask if it was ok that they arrive 10 minutes after 6 and I said fine and firmly stated you must be here no later than 6:15. At 6:21 he called and said he was parking. 4 members, why couldn't 3 members come up and one look for parking, why couldn't they have a driver, Rush hour, thinkSoUpset.

It was a shame that they arrived late, stopped playing early. On top of that, I specifically asked they not be dressed in costumes or have sound amplification, as this was an extremely casual and relaxed lunchtime event. They did not follow directions, and the experience was loud, chaotic and seemed disorganized.
