They sent me a different mime that who was pictured in the video. It was a surprised and he didn’t check any of my messages and got their early before the guest of honeor amd was not prepared with his face makeup, almost spoiling the surprise. Overall this was not worth the price. I want to know who is showing up because I want to choose my own mime for the money. Amd I expect better communication, even though Adam was apaologetucnamd tried to do his best to accommodate.

At no point during process did we specify any particular performer into this booking. An hour prior to start time we received additional event details provided and then did best to accommodate. The highly professional performer we scheduled on this booking has over 20 years experience and tons of rave reviews.

I had a wonderful experience. The Santa we hired was prompt and desired to meet our every request. A special not, he stayed in character the entire time as he made his way through the CityLightNYC.com party engaging families and adults and kids alike. It was great, We're looking to hire him again next year!
