Once we've answered all of your questions, we will email a tentative itinerary of the wedding day, based on details from our meeting. This provides you with time to consider options in a stress free environment. We begin the planning process by directly contacting all other vendors involved with the wedding, to discuss a master itinerary. We will contact the performance venue to plan a walk through with our technical and planning staff, and follow up with you to make sure our plan is hand in hand with your vision. The day of your wedding, we'll be on site early, and coordinate with other vendors to make sure everything is as planned and on schedule.
