DeMarco Washington Motivational/Keynote Speaker Motivational Speaker from Victorville, CA

I am a Cal State University of San Bernardino Alumni and received my Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology. While in college, I participated in countless leadership and volunteer positions while attending CSUSB all year round. Most notably being a Student Mentor and SOAR Leader. I also founded and became CEO of Gaming Community Establishment LLC during my junior year of college in 2017. Which is now a multi-award winning business. Even after graduation, I still show passion for students and school systems. I was elected to the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association for the 2020-2023 term and also Chair for PAAC at CSUSB for the 2021-2023 term. With my business, I have hosted various esports/video game tournaments in and out of state for youth and adults, spoke at dozens of events at colleges, junior high and high schools as a keynote and motivational speaker, as well as having a company podcast show where I interview and highlight individuals in communities. I've had guests from schools boards, communities, the military, Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca Jr., and many more. I have been recognized in the public paper, radio stations and received many awards throughout the years with some by the NAACP, CSUSB, Regional CAL Black Chamber of Commerce, Joe Baca Jr and various others for my works. Most recently, the Black History Month Spotlight award and Volunteer of the Year Award. My ethic displays and holds a heart for communities as I'm also an EMT firefighter and fitness enthusiast. Among these accomplishments, I love giving back to the community and schools to further complete goals. Not just the campus needs but also the students’ needs and I aim to continue on highlighting individuals.
