"Carpe Opus! Seize joy in work!"
Shared by Eric Moosman (Nationally Certified Bring Your 'A' Game Instructor.)
What motivates us to work?
What does excellent work ethic really mean?
How do you increase satisfaction of purpose, and enhance the rewards of profits?
Shouldn't we find fulfillment in an activity that occupies so much of our time and energy?
There are seven vital elements that bring lasting benefits on multiple levels for individuals and organizations:
ATTITUDE - ATTENDENDANCE- APPEARANCE - AMBITION
ACCOUNTABILITY - ACCEPTANCE - APPRECIATION.
These core principles are shared in an engaging, interactive method and based upon Bring Your 'A' Game curriculum, as is created by The Center for Work Ethic Development headquartered in Denver, Colorado. To explore more you can visit workethic.org.
Values drive behavior.
Behaviors produce outcomes.
Outcomes impact results.

"Thank you so much for speaking at the Brigham Young University - Idaho Evolve Conference...We have had many attendees comment on your presentation. They particularly like the method of audience engagement." - Makenzie Hill, Event Coordinator
"Our favorite part of your presentation was the interaction with the audience, through your props. That's an engaging method to use, and we really appreciated it!
The most memorable part for me was the stories you shared, corresponding to each prop. They were powerful. The other piece was definitely your tie! The colors were fantastic." -Patti-Lynne E. -Client Services/Operations Professional, Allegis Investment Services
If you are wanting just a typical speaker, Eric will not be the choice. BUT, if your wanting something uplifting and memorable, THEN he is the professional presenter to contact. His goal is to do more than just communicate ideas. Eric seeks to CONNECT and CONTRIBUTE to the audience. His style is focused on interacting with the group, whether that be thirty, three-hundred, or three thousand individuals. Eric has connected and inspired audiences in several formats: a luncheon speaker, key-note addresses, personal and professional development workshops, and conferences.
Mr. Moosman leads a life of rewarding variety. After two decades with a career as a versatile operations leader, he launched his own consulting business, allowing flexibility to engage in a wide variety of adventures. He volunteers at the local elementary and preschool to assist in young literacy programs. He is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. He enjoys active involvement in Toastmasters International. He has presented in a wide variety of settings to many ages and backgrounds, including a TEDx opportunity in 2016. He was also invited to emcee an Og Mandino stage event in 2017. The largest group he has had the honor to spend time with numbered just over a thousand. For relaxation he invests time in family, emerging in a biographical or historical book, stirring up dust on forest trails, bobbing on the waves in the cockpit of kayak, and is a beginning pyographer.
Winston Churchill gave voice to one of Eric's guiding philosophies of life.
"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."
