Garrett began his career as an IT Recruiter, where he used his infectious personality and his undergraduate degree in the art of interpersonal Human Communication, to support individuals and businesses in finding and building aligned teams. He quickly shifted into healthcare, where he was the first employee hired to build a pediatric home care agency, from concept to a multi-million dollar organization. In less than 5 years, as the Director of Operations, Garrett co-created an organization that was recognized as the Top 10 "Best Places to Work" in the state of Arizona for 4 straight years, while also being awarded the 6th "Fastest Growing Company" in the state (by Deloitte).
