As a motivational speaker, I am  known for my high-energy, humor, and her ability to captivate listeners.  I have a background in law, healthcare, small business development and motorsports.  I speak on diversity, leadership, change management, team building, happiness/creating a positive mindset, time management, habits, goal setting, and self-esteem in the workplace.  I have been captivating audiences as a Keynote speaker for over twenty-five years.  

What sets me apart from other speakers, is the unique way I customize topics to fit your group.  If you don't see the topic you want, I can create something specific for your group/event/occasion based on my vast experiences.  All of my messages are powerful, uplifting and crafted exclusively for your event.

As the owner of multiple small businesses, including a race team, one of my proudest career accomplishments was orchestrating a six-figure driver development deal with Hendrick Motorsports, a premier NASCAR team (think Jeff Gordon.)  The driver, my son, was fourteen years old; the youngest driver ever signed to a NASCAR contract.  Even more extraordinary, he is Bi-Racial, one of a handful of black drivers in the history in the seventy-two-year history of the sport.  I use those experiences to speak on leadership and diversity, 

I am a licensed Executive Advisor with the Culture Predictive Index, a certified Personal and Professional Life Coach and Time Management Expert.  I am affiliated with the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals (WAOFP) and the National Speakers Association (NSA.) I studied business at Washburn University and graduated with a business and paralegal  degree. As an Executive Advisor, I provide data on the biggest expense and most important driver of any business – the people.  I help businesses put the right people  in the right seats to mobilize seven work related traits that increase revenue, profit, and sustainable scalability.
