Ms. Brionna Nijah is a suicide prevention advocate who tells her story of suicidal ideation, self-medicating and finding peace. She specializes in teaching youth and college students on how changing her thinking habits transformed her life. Ms. Brionna Nijah is a 2x author and artist. Her novel BREATHE has been in high schools and youth ministries. Brionna Nijah struggled with suicidal ideation (thoughts), self-harm, and anger from the age of 5-18. Her goal is to help those who struggle to get out of dark spaces find freedom from their past and their mental habits. ? Suicide prevention starts with cultivating programs, mentorship, and holistic environments that intrigues youth everywhere. ? As an experienced and esteemed holistic wellness coach & speaker, published poet, and author, Brionna Nijah aims to deliver education, inspiration, and hope to a variety of audiences on teen suicide and mental health. She has spoken at McDonough High School, Bowie State University, Potomac High School, and youth ministries.
