Ryan faced PTSD, physical injuries, hearing loss, failed college attempts, job loss, and even a suicide attempt, but he refused to quit. Instead, he rebuilt. Today, Ryan is a retired U.S. Army combat veteran, TEDx speaker, law enforcement officer, business owner, bestselling author, and award winning musician. He has spoken on over 550 stages nationwide, been featured in Forbes and MTV, and helped raise over 1.8 million dollars in student scholarships. After surviving a devastating accident where he was crushed and believed he was paralyzed, Ryan once again rebuilt his life. He went on to climb mountains, run marathons, and complete 100-mile races.
