My name is Bo Hairston. I am the President and Founder of The Hairston Company. I'm very Passionate, Inspiring and Energetic Celebrity Speaker that knows how to empower my audience through laughter, humor and education. Determine to have a better life and future for himself, Bo began his 19 year law enforcement career in his hometown in Alabama. Bo studied business management at North Georgia University and Piedmont College. After college, in 1999 Bo became a Probation Officer in Gainesville, Georgia. He served the last ten years as Chief Probation for private probation company supervising an office staff of 16 along with hundreds of probationers at a time. Over the last 19 years, Bo has been recognized as expert by his peers, community and judicial system for insight, knowledge, and had first-hand involvement with the multitude of issues that plague our society today. Bo specializes in applying his expertise and business knowledge to residential and commercial businesses, college and/or universities, individuals, schools, churches, youth groups, students and etc. His specific area of expertise includes team building, leadership training, workplace training and substance abuse awareness.
