Clarissa | Immersive Team Experiences Motivational Speaker from Los Angeles, CA

Clarissa – Corporate Experience Facilitator The most powerful experiences don't just change what we think — they change how we feel and show up afterwards. Clarissa creates immersive transformational experiences that help teams and groups step out of business-as-usual, shift their state, reconnect with themselves and each other, and access more of what's possible. Her experiences combine breathwork, movement, music, visualization, deep rest and embodiment — tailored to the intention and energy of each group. Choose from two experiences: 1. THE SUPERPOWER TEAM EXPERIENCE An immersive experience for your next team meeting or offsite — shift the state, expand what’s possible, and put your vision into motion. Your team may spend hours thinking, planning, problem-solving and talking about what’s next. But an extraordinary meeting isn’t only about what people walk away knowing — it’s also about how they walk away feeling, connecting and showing up. The Superpower Team Experience is an immersive 75-minute experience designed to be the energizing, human counterpoint to a thinking-heavy agenda — shifting the energy of the room and helping turn the vision, goals and ideas you’ve been discussing into renewed energy and momentum. Through movement, breathwork, music, deep rest, visualization and embodiment, Clarissa takes participants out of business-as-usual and engages something meetings rarely make room for: The whole human being. People move. Breathe. Reset. Connect. Imagine. They experience how their internal state can shape what they see, how they communicate, the decisions they make and what becomes possible together — while learning practical ways to intentionally shift that state when it matters. The team then looks forward together — connecting with the future they’re working toward, how they want to show up within it, and the energy they want to bring to creating it. And they don’t just think about it. They experience it. Together. The result is a memorable shared experience that can leave people feeling energized, clear, open and connected — with fresh perspective, practical tools they can return to, and renewed excitement about what they’re creating together. Because extraordinary outcomes take more than great thinking. 2. THE BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE Reset. Reconnect. Refresh. A deeply restorative guided breathwork journey designed to help participants step out of their heads and reconnect with their bodies, hearts and inner clarity. Through intentional breathing, music, guided visualization and deep rest, participants are invited to release stress, recharge their energy and return feeling more grounded, open, connected and renewed. Perfect for teams looking for a meaningful wellness experience, a reset during a busy offsite or meeting day, or simply an opportunity to slow down and experience something different together. Both Experiences perfect for: Corporate offsites & team retreats • Strategy & planning days • Leadership gatherings • Employee wellness experiences • Creative teams & summits • Conferences & special events • Private groups & meaningful celebrations Clarissa has guided transformational experiences for organizations including Google, Diane von Fürstenberg, Soho House and FounderMade, as well as CEOs, entrepreneurs, creators, influencers, film and Broadway actors, directors and private groups.
