We love the New Connection but a few things prevented this event from being as good as past shows. Just our two cents for future shows - the filler music used between breaks was too loud and drove our guests upstairs to get away from the volume. We asked about turning it down after neighbors called but it didn't change much. The filler music choice was odd as well considering the New Connection's expertise in Motown and the Philly Sound. AC/DC was not a favorite. Finally the show ended early (well before 10 pm) I suspect because everyone was driven upstairs by the filler music. We were disappointed because the NC was here before and brought the house down!

Yes Chris we understand your concern about these issues and if we get the opportunity to perform for you guys again we will definitely resolve these issues and as far as shutting down early we have no excuse for especially with me being the leader of the group so I will refund you with any exceptable amount for this issue, we really appreciate you guys and want to keep a good relationship with you guys for the future, just let me know. This group was so very good very kind and fun to work with they performed at my husband’s Surprise Birthday Party the sounds they provided was awesome and the steps was on point I will most definitely will booking them again for our upcoming events …
