Sarah Loveland is a musician with a diverse musical background. Sarah (aka The Harp Pixie) is a multi instrumentalist (harp, violin/fiddle, oboe, pennwhistle/flute, ukulele and guitar) and singer, and creates musical soundscapes which journey through classical, Celtic, Folk, rock, jazz, world, and alternative styles of music. She has extensive experience and has worked in a variety of situations using music as recreational therapy and holistic care. Sarah grew up on Long Island and attended Juilliard Pre-College and Mannes College of Music, receiving both a Bachelors and Masters in Music Performance. Sarah also holds NY State Music Teacher Certification K-12 and is a Certified Healthcare Musician through the Therapy Harp Training Program. During the 2020 Pandemic Shutdown, Sarah began offering Harp and song via livestreams to hospitals, essential workers, and students/families. She is currently working on a project arranging popular music for the harp, including the electric harp and looper.
