Kim was the lead singer for many successful bands in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and he performed in many of the areas top venues. That included regular gigs on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, NJ and at the world famous Stone Pony, in Asbury Park, NJ. He has also made guest appearances, shared the stage, and was an opening act for major recording artist including, Tommy James and The Shondells, Lenny Welch, The Traamps, The Stampeders, The Asbury Jukes, Rick Derringer and Aerosmith. Kim Jenkins made his TV debut on the nationally syndicated 80's Hit TV Show “Dancin On Air”, Philadelphia's all time top rated music program. He has also received radio airplay with his original music, and is a published author and BMI songwriter.
