Hello I am Moon Dog. I have enjoyed many years playing with other musicians in bands that I started or joined, all across the U.S. IN 2015 I decided to go SOLO. I have had many exciting successes since going solo, sharing my passion for music and truly enjoying the journey. My musical background covers many genres: Reggae, Rock, Funk, Classic Rock, Jazz Fusion, Pop, Island as well as Classic and New Country. I play songs from many genres, so lots to choose from and plenty of variety for many audiences. My goal is to share with you a unique style and sound so that you enjoy the show as much as I enjoy performing it for you. When you hire Moon Dog you get a self-contained professional act. I control all aspects of the sound and lights to insure the highest quality experience for those who hire me. Whether I am playing on the deck on a Hornblower cruise in the harbor in San Diego or a private home concert overlooking the Superstition Mountains, Moon Dog will always exceed expectations. During the show I play some songs with guitar and vocals only, while other songs have percussion backing tracks and many songs with full band backing tracks. I produce and engineer all my backing tracks in my home studio and I leverage technology to the maximum in my show that allows me to play multiple instruments and be my own backup singers in the same song.
