Laid Back Rydz Party Bus Party Bus from Lansing, IL

I didn’t use the company gave me a different price then what was quoted.

Booked this party bus for my bday. Got a phone call the afternoon of my party stating she had to cancel due to mechanical issues with the bus. She said “I’m sorry but it’s nothing I can do but refund your deposit”. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience, or discount on future service. Said she was having a mechanic look at the bus and would call us back to let us know if it was an easy fix. She never called back. She kept repeating “things happen”. I left a fb review days later and she again repeated “things happen” definitely not an appropriate response from someone your trusting to deliver an important service for your special event!
