Everything was wonderful! The driver, Chris was polite, efficient and at our convenience all evening! We made several stops and he found them all and waited for us for our next stop! If he couldn't park, he left and came back at the designated time or a phone call from us! It was all wonderful!

Great experience, Greg was personable on the phone and the driver was on time and very willing to accommodate us. The bus was clean and in good condition. The only complaint I have is that gigmasters quoted a price, but the actual company added a mandatory tip as the charge. I would have tipped anyway but would have like it included in the initial estimate.

The "party bus" was perfect for our family and friends event. We did not get off to the best start given the Late arrival (due to traffic) but once the bus arrived - we were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. We were picked up in a convenient location outside Fenway park and the trip home was flawless. I will definitely use this company for future events.

Metrowest was extremely accommodating to changes that came with the event and it was greatly appreciated. The bus was very clean and exactly what was needed and expected! We had trouble with music in the beginning, but aside from that, it was a great experience and i highly recommend metrowest limousine for your events!

I had a great time, my driver was on time, the bus was huge I didn't expect that and it was super clean. My only complaint was the fact the driver told me how much tip i should give him up front and the fact the bathroom door wouldn't open once its lock. One of my guess was lock in for about 10 minutes. Overall the driver was nice and I would do business with them again. 4.5 star service

Mick, our driver, was awesome. The only downside was that the limo showed up 45 minutes late, but he let us make up the time on the other end. It was a slightly tight squeeze for 8 grown men but we had a blast and felt safe. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a reasonably priced service.

We booked this through Gig masters thinking this was a reputable company. We did not receive an email confirmation until 2 says before our wedding - at which point an extra $200 tip had been added into the final cost - something that was not added into our original quote. The price was the reason we went with this limo company. A disheveled driver arrived with a rusty bus that smelled like stale beer and smoke. After a crazy ride to the ceremony - the driver settled himself outside the hall on a bench like a homeless man .... I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In the notes of the quote it says tip for driver not included. The driver was dressed in black pants white shirt & tie . The bus is all fiberglass that does not rust. I didn't know carpet fresh could smell like beer & smoke.

Wow! This was a totally awesome experience with Greg. He answered every text and call immediately. It was a surprise birthday party for my husband and we all had a wonderful time. Inside of the party bus is very clean. There is a Bluetooth speaker system and two televisions for DVDs. If I need to book another event I will choose this company!
