Fantastic service! We called an hour ahead to confirm our pick up time and the driver was already outside. Great conversationalist! The driver ensured that we arrived safely to our destinations but still had a great time!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

It was ok the driver was nice
But the air conditioning in the limo worked very intermittent . None of the controls worked in the back so we couldn’t get a hold of the driver when we needed . The bubbly they give you was awful and warm. I just think we paid to much for this service

The only two issues that we had were: 1 - In recent events the bus has stayed so we left things on the bus - this time that didn't happen - but we accomodated it. 2. Someone noted that the bus hit 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot and drug them 6' - I have license plate numbers - but the owner's didn't come forward or weren't around - we didn't see any damage on the front of the bus - the bus driver (Deborah) said she didn't think she had hit or moved cars. I did take a photo of the insurance to give to them if they contact me. And I have the 2 license plates photos. Will follow up if I have any other issues.
Courtesy drivers - and everything else worked.

Booked this for my husbands 25th birthday. First off they over booked themselves we were supposed to get picked up at 10 the bus got there at 10:45. The driver was asked multiple times to pull over for us to use the bathroom and he never stopped. The driver was completely rude he took the long route so we only had one hour to be inside the club.Then on the way back we were yelled at because we wanted to stop to use the bathroom and he was worried about HIS time.Very unpleased with this service I wouldn't have written a bad review if the driver would at least complied with our requests but he didn't. Will never use this trnasportation company again!!driver:bald

We had called and asked you if it was OK to change your reservation time to 10:30 pm, and you had agreed. The driver was coming from Sacramento, and he was late 11 minutes from 10 pm, due to traffic. Again I am very sorry to hear that the driver was rude and not fallowing your requests. We will definitely address this issues with him, and find out what has happened. I can't say enough good things about this limo service. They were so accommodating and patient with me and my bridal party as we went all over Sacramento to take wedding photos. The driver was amazing at maneuvering the party bus through downtown Sacramento. We all had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!
