Everything was amazing! The drive was on time, catered to our bathroom stop requests and was very pleasant to our party. The bus was so much fun and such a smart choice! They were great with responding promptly and even texted to see how our trip was the morning after. We will definitely be using them again! Thank you so much!

The day of out event, Mark instructed me to reach out to my driver. I learned that the bus for our event, prom, had broken down and they did not have any alternative options. We were left scrambling to find new transportation day of. Mark was woefully unhelpful, not answering the phone and not providing help to find a solution. A refund was the LEAST he could do. I am very unhappy with this service. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

We already emailed the bash for refund. Our team called you and you talk over the phone call. Yes I admit that bus was broken but our other bus was booked by your friend. Our team told you on the phone that take refund via Zelle but you said I want refund via The Bash,
I agreed that you were disappointed but Our team was in touch with you all the time during that time period.
Your friend booked our other bus and you know that and you're saying we are unprofessionals?

Planned for 5:30 pick up. Arrived at 6:20pm. Manager messaged at 5:28 saying driver would be there in 20 min. Almost an hour later he showed up. The vehicle door was broken and the driver could not open it. In case of emergency, none of the passengers would have been able to escape the vehicle. Overall dissatisfied with the service we were promised. Cost too much money for the service given.

I understand the driver wasn't on time I understand and apologize for any inconvenient that caused, This driver is already out of my business.
There's no excuses. I'll make sure stuff like ain't happening again.

They were overall helpful and friendly. They were able to provide a service that was amazing. My daughter loved the bus and decorations were so pretty. Would differently recommend to people because of the company did such amazing job.

If I could give zero starts I would. Plan4Limo is an absolute scam. There website is a false front and none of the vehicles you see on the site belong to the company. All of the pictures are fabricated and a misrepresentation of the company. The company is one guy who then subcontracts the jobs to other vendors. We thought we hired a limo Sprinter van that was very nice and tastefully designed for two families to go to a sporting event. We had kids from ages 5-10 years old with us and a dingy van with a stripper pole showed up. The Bash should do a better job of vetting contractors and Plan4Limo is garbage.

To be very honest. We told you that we have a sprinter limo party van, We have been completed many jobs with same bus and no one ever complained about the bus. You take the full ride for your event and now you're complaining about bus. And how can you say anything about our web? We don't have any negative reviews any where. No one ever complained like you did.
