Migeal driver was excellent and Luis was very helpful and responsive 

Dealing with the company was ok. I felt like there were some communication issues at times, but they were very accommodating when the plans changed for my party. Our driver was fantastic!!

I hired them 11/13 for my sister on 11/24.  She wanted a 16 passenger party bus that included a $340 deposit.  We scaled back to the limo.  11/23 I got a call from another company confirming and verifying the credit card information stated that I only have a $100 deposit I called StepIn Limo sent a request for a refund, emailed, called and text and they do not answer. I want my $240 returned.  They didn't provide service requested or have the capacity.  They outsourced didn't inform me.  Got my deposit and didn't give it to the company they hired
Which will not be doing business with them.  They charged over $800 for a 16 mile service That's not what they charge.
