Totally un professional, had a hard time communicating verbally, did not man the inflatables most of the time and just wandered around, + they did not set up the slide rights and it caused 2 injuries to our attendees as the slide came apart and the gals hit the ground hard. We had to send them to a medic with bloody noses + road rash burns. NEVER AGAIN! These people are totally not capable of this job and are dangerous because of the above.

We just realized that this negative review was left on our page. After reading the comment that you left, we felt that it was important to respond to you. First of all, the guests at your event were non compliant with our staff or our rules on using the rides. Our attendant repeatedly asked that they adhere to the rules. These water slides are made for users to slide down one person at a time. Your guests ignored our attendant and proceeded to slide down 2 and 3 people at a time. Of course people can get hurt. In over 30 years of business, we never had a group of adults that would not comply with our staff. Safety has, is, and will ALWAYS be our number one concern!
