First off the lady, forgive me I didn’t get her name, was not very welcoming or personable. She seemed annoyed and as if she didn’t even want to be there. Also she claimed it was sprinkling and said she will have to close in 20 min if it continues when it absolutely was NOT. She was under a tree so I’m sure some water was coming from that and I tried to explain that but she didn’t care. It was a beautiful night and the weather was amazing for a wedding. It was as if she was trying to find an excuse to leave early :-( and the props SUCKED. Just signs to hold, no boas, funny hats or any face props. We were not happy with the money we spent to have service like we did.

Hi Stacy, I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I take responsibility as being informed Sat. of a light rain starting, I directed her to inform you per contract if it continued we would have to shut down. A tree offers little to no protection from any rain. I apologize for any perceived attitude, as she had being contending with unsupervised children and guests that were intoxicated one of which spilled a red colored drink on the booth causing stains to the white booth. Unfortunately, the owner was on vacation, so the son came in his place. The son was late, but he was able to set up before everyone came in the cocktail area. They did not have a lot of fun props to use but the booth was a good size to fit more than 3 people

The photo booth was a hit with all our guests, however with the LED background in our inflatable booth caused the photos to look a little blurry, not as crisp as most photo booths. The amount of props could be improved, but overall the turnaround was quick with the printouts.

I thought I was supposed to get a copy of all the pictures that were taken.

It was okay... it could've been a bit more innovative... didn't like the advertising and contact info on the front of the product wouldn't have minded it being in the back instead. But for a 7 year old birthday party it was fine. Would I use them again, probably for low key "shorts and flip flops" types of events but not for more upscale ones.
