Professional, high-quality service. Picture That Design arrived early and were comfortably in place by the time guests arrived. They were friendly, well-prepared and the framed, mirrored Photobooth w/red carpet was the hit of my company's gala evening. Guests received prints on the spot and the full reel of photos taken was emailed immediately following the event - so no lag time in sharing with all attendees following the gala. Phenomenal well-run service. I'd highly recommend, and would retain them again, in future.

The Picture That Design team did a great job at our event. They showed up exactly on-time. They were professional and dressed nicely for the party. They worked well with all of the guests - kids through old folks. They had pleasant personalities and their technology was great. People loved getting the pictures on their phones right away. I asked them to take some pictures away from the mirror booth which they seemed happy to do. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Shawn and found him to be very polite, professional, and eager to be our videographer for our daughter's wedding. He had communication issues with The Bash, but his communications with me were poor after the original few connections. He did not address my pleas to rewrite an incorrect contract so I could remit the deposit and put finding a videographer behind me. OR...let me know if he has changed his mind about our contract, without penalty. When the replies stopped, only less than a week before the wedding, I had to make the decision to move forward and search for a new videographer. We found another through the Bash, and still no word from Shawn.
