Paul at iHart PhotoBooth is very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I checked out many companies and based on their reviews on Yelp and his quick responses, I felt confident I selected the right company. We got the LED cube, the colors had beautiful glow on our patio. iHart was very accomodating, allowed me to select my own backgrounds to go with our Hollywood theme. Everyone enjoyed the booth, from ages 13-87. I was busy with the party, but the attendants made sure to remind me to get my husband in the booth. The photo quality was excellent, the touchscreen booth was easy to use, photos came out quickly, they had variety of props. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service, quick responses and very accommodating. Paul helped out a lot on our wedding from creating the design that matches our invitation design, answering many questions and giving us great people to work with the guests on the day. The only one downside is that the people who managed the photo booth didn't tell my guests that they could choose backgrounds for the green screen. But overall, I highly recommend iHart. Print fast and great quality.

I can't be anymore happier with this company! Paul went over what they offer and answered all of my questions.He was super nice the entire time and would reply to emails, phone calls and texts right away. On the day of,the staff were so friendly and great with my guests.They truly went above and beyond to go along with the theme(Disney)They were inexpensive and the pictures came out AWESOME! I received quotes from other companies that were ridiculous and the quality was not that great; that was not the case with this company.The quality in pictures were so clear and came out perfect.I received a code for all of the pictures that my guests took,the following day=)

I booked 3 hours of service and got only 2. I tried to confirm with the attendant and she said I had only 2 hours. This was incredibly disappointing. In retrospect I should have pulled up the contract and showed it to her but I had over 100 guests in my home and was so busy with tending to my guests I didn't have a chance to do that and at 6 they started cleaning up and left well before 7. Very unprofessional for the attendant not to be aware of the amount of time the service was booked for. This should have been communicated to her. Would not book them ever again.

I really apologize and take full responsibility for the logistic issues yesterday. I will be refunding the amount for the short in service. My team did confirm with me that they stayed until 6:30pm and made sure that all your guest who were in line around 6pm, had a chance to take photos. I've also confirmed with them that when they left your party, to make sure you were satisfied with our service. Paul and Paula were absolutely wonderful, they far exceeded my expectations! They were on time, brought many props, had a fabulous array of our choice of backgrounds and were so friendly and polite with our guests. They came in, set up and then left everything clean as a pin. The pictures were large, very good quality, and everyone was so happy and sharing their results. And then they left me a copy of every picture! I was delighted with their service.
