I booked with this company October 2023 and my daughter’s event was on Feb 11th. I made sure to clearly state I wanted the picture frame mirror booth that my guests could draw on and take pictures just like their advertisement they brought me a black plain stand up Photo Booth. Extremely upset about this because the glass picture frame went with our theme. We had our daughter’s sweet 16 event at a castle venue. I made sure to follow up a few days before and they confirmed yes again would be the picture frame glass mirror. Don’t bother booking here!

We booked your services for our wedding June 3rd at the SkyRoom Atlanta. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with your services. We booked the Photobooth Mirror with backdrop and instead received the 360 photobooth. In addition, the setup was not done with safety considerations as one of my guests was hit by the camera when in use...there weren't any guidelines on areas marked off to prevent someone from entering the space the camera would enter. And finally, I was told I would receive all the photos and have not yet received them.
