I booked Lorenco for my parent's 50th anniversary gala in June 2017. Overall, my experience was HORRIBLE! Prior to the event, he would ignore calls and any of my request to review items for the special day. We requested a family photo where he did not set up the lighting properly. He offered my family and friends instant prints, and his printer never worked. Although he walked the event the entire evening, he missed all of the important moments. We received better photos from cell phones. After the event, he ignored all of my calls and e-mails. Horrible customer service and product. I have another event this year and WILL NOT use him NOR would I recommend him!!
