None of our kids really participated I. The photo booth and although he stated in his email that he would also take regular photos in between he did not. After complaining how bored he was and since no one was really participating he left 2 hrs early but still charged the same amount for his service….

PPI Photo Events:

Hi, I would like to respond by saying that yes the kids did not participate much but at no fault of ours. We were setup 30 minutes prior to the start of the party, setup, props and everything looked good, the kids were just into other activities. At no time did I complain about being bored and never asked to leave early. Half way through the evening the birthday boy's dad suggested I pack up early and call it a night as the kids were moving to the poolside of the house and he felt the booth would no longer be needed. He thanked me, I packed up and called it a night.
