Renee is based in Anchorage, Alaska - accepting private commissions throughout the world. She has a longtime passion for photography. While capturing sunsets off the isle of Molokai, she developed a love of capturing the innate beauty in her subjects, photographed naturally, in their own environments in their own time. The result is what she calls Lifestyle Photojournalism. Candid and interactive. Patience, timing and a keen sense of anticipating a scene make Renee's images unique. Your creation begins with a private consultation over coffee to discuss ideas for locations and clothing choices. Session day will begin in your home taking wall measurements for your custom art print and discussing framing. Plan for 2 hours of time to photograph and you will enjoy the variety of images Renee captures. Children's portraits are a specialty for Renee. Devoting time to getting to know your child. Even the most shy high school seniors will the enjoy the freedom of different backgrounds and locations for their session.
