Because of a typo in an email I sent to her after we booked, Ms. Jennings had the wrong date for our event and had already booked another engagement on our date by the time we discovered the error. We found out about this the day before our event. All of our correspondence through Gigmasters and the booking info contained the correct date. She did not verify the discrepancy until the day before our event, by then too late. We held our event without a photographer because of this error. She did promptly refund our deposit, but we were really disappointed to not have pictures from my son's Rehearsal Dinner and no apology from Ms. Jennings for her mistake.
