Steve was great to work with--the only reason it was 5 stars is that we had some difficulty with the follow up but it is being resolved. Also, we were plagued with bad weather--trees down and electricity out due to a storm the night before--plus a mix-up on directions to the venue (not Steve's fault) so it wasn't "perfect." But we aren't perfect either! In the end we all made the best of it, and Steve gave us extra attention to detail and is very personable and just the right match for us.
