Ken was exceedingly prompt in getting back to me, very flexible, and is an incredibly talented pianist in a variety of styles! Ken replied to my request for a quote faster than any other on the site, providing not an event service but recordings of some accompaniment I needed for virtual musical theatre auditions. While only communicating over email, he was very friendly and accommodating.
