All featured dancers were born and raised in the islands of Hawai'i, Tahiti, or Samoa, and we boast a combined 80+ years of experience studying, performing, and teaching the traditional dances of Polynesia throughout the islands and beyond. Our dancers have trained since childhood in the art of Hawaiian dance, culture, and language. We are award-winning professionals who have distinguished ourselves at international Hawaiian and Tahitian dance competitions, including the world-renowned Merrie Monarch Festival, the King Kamehameha Hula Competition, & Tahiti Fete. Before relocating to New York City, we each held coveted positions as performers in the best lu'au shows in Honolulu, including the Magic of Polynesia, Paradise Cove Lu'au, and the Star of Honolulu Sunset Cruise. We offer our clients a truly authentic Polynesian dance experience that can only be achieved through years of expert professional training in Hawai'i. We aim to respect and perpetuate the native culture of the islands in all that we do, and we share the essence of aloha with every audience member. Our spectacular performances include dances from the islands of Hawai'i, Tahiti, New Zealand, & Samoa and feature authentic costumes designed and constructed by our dancers, including REAL handmade La'i (ti-leaf) skirts, better known as "grass skirts". We can also incorporate educational and audience participation segments into our show at the clients' discretion.
