My style of acoustic music is perfect for: Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception Dinner, Rehearsal Dinner, Private Event etc. WHAT IS MY STYLE? Imagine if Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz, John Denver, and Coldplay went in to the mountains with an acoustic guitar. My acoustic music is ideal for setting the vibe during your cocktail hour, wedding ceremony, or throughout your private event! With soul and over 8 years of professional live music experience, John says, "I am honestly grateful to play music for a living-- to sing and connect with people! My is goal to create a relaxed atmosphere where people can enjoy music and make memories." Typically, I cover a wide range of music from the 60's to today. Great for all ages! From Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, and Carole King, to Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Kacey Musgraves, Jason Mraz and more! SONG REQUESTS? Please feel free to pick out specific songs that you want to hear! I can customize the setlist as much as I can. There is a list of songs down below. We just had our wedding at the Botanic Garden and hired John Brewster to play for us. He was absolutely fantastic! Easy to work with, responsive with communication, and really set the mood with his amazing talent. Everyone at our ceremony kept commenting on how wonderful the music was. We were beyond thrilled with John! From the beginning he was prompt with communications & professional, yet also very personal. He truly wanted to provide the best musical experience for our daughter’s wedding and he totally delivered to the magic of that day. The only disappointment I have is that John doesn’t live in Iowa, which is where we live. Colorado was the beautiful destination for our daughter’s wedding. I was thrilled to discovered that John has his own album with his own songs. I will definitely be purchasing. His song “God River” is a quick heartfelt favorite of mine. Don’t miss out on experiencing John’s gift of music, whether live or his album.
