We booked Esteem entertainment for our holiday company party and they made it memorable. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. The music versatility was phenomenal. They had everyone on the dance floor throughout the night. You could feel the passion within their performance. Esteem Entertainment was extremely professional and reliable responding to call backs and emails quickly. We will definitely be booking them for our next holiday party!

The band was incredible! Our friends at the party were so impressed with the lead singer's talent. The whole band played so well; definitely worth the money. It fit in with our party perfectly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The instrumentation was exactly what we requested; the musicians were friendly, professional, and excellent musicians. People got up and danced. No needless dead air in between songs. The band arrived at the venue in plenty of time, and played for the full contracted evening. We are happy, no complaints.

They disappeared twice during our event and no one knew why they weren't on stage. The equipment is outdated and incapable of bluetooth or USB connections. Although I was told I could connect with my phone, I couldn't play pre-recorded tracks through their system. Band Manager is very short when communicating. The lead singers were great. But the lack of communication between us on what we needed for our night was not something I have ever experienced. We've done our event now for 15 years and this was the only one where the band was not involved in a meaningful way. The band was great. They did what they do best. Unfortunately, this was a difficult experience.

We're glad you enjoyed the band and thought they and the singers were great. We saw that your guests enjoyed the music as well and we enjoyed playing for you. We're unclear as to the communication issue you mentioned, as our office manager emailed you and called more than once regarding details months in advance and it was hard to reach you. As far as disappearing, the band went exactly to the area they were shown to take a break and eat during speeches, no one disappeared. They did play for almost two hours straight at one point. It was a successful party and we're sorry you felt this way.
