The mission of Wish Upon a Star Parties is to provide cherished memories and entertainment for your little princesses or princes at Austin's most affordable rate. We pride ourselves in our custom materials, high-end style and most importantly our strong quality of entertainment. We implement a continuous party flow that clears away the hassle of planning and directing a princess soiree from start to finish. We are ultimately committed to providing Austin, Texas and its surrounding areas with kid-friendly quality and meeting all of your party needs. Our logo was sketched by Clark Aldridge, an artist and curator at Austin's Blanton Museum. Our glamour station is hand painted wood from which we spritz, powder and accessorize. Our portable hand crafted, hand sewn changing booth doubles as a photo booth! Our little princess costumes hang from a whimsical spiral clothing rack. Our crafts are clay flower pots in which we artfully paint at the party. Our tea table includes hand sewn textiles, unique lighting and floral, a porcelain pink and purple tea set and our logo crown as the centerpiece. Our refreshments can accommodate any special diet requirement but typically consists of cupcakes, cookies and delicious children's tea. Our favor bouquets say thank you with candy, jewelry, a wand, stickers and a fresh flower. The Owner Amanda Ferguson is a native Texan, wife and mother to three brilliant children. She has a passion for many different facets of crafting, DIY and style both professionally and recreationally. Throughout her educational background she was immersed in theatre as a set designer, builder and props master. With this, Amanda discovered a zest for a new hobby refurbishing old furniture. Amanda also has a prowess in the art of candle making and has owned a small eco-friendly candle company. As owner of Wish Upon a Star Parties Amanda accommodates clients from an administrative standpoint as well as coordinating smooth transitions during the celebration.
