Maman is a group of modern restaurants located across North America. The Nomad branch is situated in the lively New York City. This location offers a trendy spot to host social gatherings complete with delicious cuisine. The Space Maman Nomad boasts an ornate yet contemporary aesthetic with organic elements. The white color palette accented by light wood creates an open and airy aesthetic. Old-fashioned furniture adds a cozy feel to the room. Verdant plants hang from an eye-catching ceiling installation and provide a natural touch. Other potted greenery sits throughout the space and sets the tone for the freshly made food. The Experience Nomad can host events for up to 35 guests. An array of mouth-watering menu items may be selected for catered events. From farm-fresh salads to flavorful soups, this restaurant offers a divine culinary experience. To complement the main dish, an assortment of pastries and desserts can be chosen to finish off each meal on a high note. The Story Maman opened the doors of its first location, Soho, in 2014. Since then, the establishment quickly grew in popularity, allowing for the opening of more branches, each personalized with their own look and charm. The name Maman also translates to “mother” in French, a fitting name that references the inspiration for the menu. Founders Benjamin Sormonte and Elisa Marshall were influenced by the food that their mothers made for them in their youth. From their experiences of exploring the joys of food, Maman was born.
