Mount Vernon Hotel Museum & Garden is a historic event venue situated in New York City. Dating back to 1799, this stone structure served for many years as a day hotel for the upper classes to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property was designated as a historic landmark by the New York City Preservation Commission in 1967. It was then added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
