Room 1520 is a charming restored loft event venue located in Chicago, IL. This former gear factory has been lovingly restored while still maintaining several of its original features. This venue offers both indoor and outdoor event areas to enhance occasions held here. The Space The interior of Room 1520 provides a bright and airy space filled with charming historical features. Banks of windows allow natural light to flood this space and illuminate occasions held within. Overhead, dimmable crystal chandeliers can cast a warm glow over evening events. This open-plan event area can be easily partitioned by drapes to create smaller sections. A built-in white marble vintage bar provides the perfect gathering spot for guests, with the space able to comfortably accommodate up to 150 attendees. The rooftop area and paved patio can be utilized in good weather for photo opportunities or as break out spaces. The Experience Room 1520 is a popular wedding venue and provides an array of services to assist those planning events here. Their All In package includes 10 hours of event coordination, four hours of unlimited bar service, six hours of DJ entertainment, and three hours of photo booth use. Event catering can be supplied by one of the venue’s preferred caterers. The venue supplies an array of tables and chairs along with curated lounge furniture to enhance the event space.
